Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the Flick Plus TV website, Roku channel or Fire TV app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Flick Plus TV is free to watch. There is no subscription, payment or credit card. Some titles and channels may change, move or be removed at any time, and some may only be available in certain countries.

Titles are public-domain works or works shared under open licences (such as Creative Commons), credited to their creators. Some videos play from third-party hosts such as YouTube and archive.org, whose own terms apply.

3. Accounts

An account is optional and only syncs your list and progress. Keep your password private and give accurate information; you're responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for people aged 13 or over (or the minimum age in your country). You can delete your account at any time in My Stuff.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or bypass the Service's security or region rules.
• Don't misuse other people's accounts or sign-in codes.

5. Content and trademarks

The Flick Plus TV name, logo and app design belong to Flick Plus TV. Each film or series remains subject to its own licence or public-domain status. If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights, email flickplustv@gmail.com with details and we'll review and remove it where appropriate.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that every title will play on every device or connection.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Flick Plus TV isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

8. Suspension

We may suspend accounts or access that break these Terms or put the Service or other viewers at risk.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and contact
